Returns Policy
You may return new, damaged, unworn items within 5 days of delivery receipt for a store credit. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Requests that are submitted after 5 days from the delivery date will be denied. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and no signs of wear. Items that show any signs of wear will be denied and returned back to the customer, no exceptions!
You should expect to receive your store credit within 14 days of return receipt, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 4 business days).

Shipping
We ship anywhere in the United States.
When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates appear on the shipping quotes page.
Orders will generally be shipped within 24 hours after ordering. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please be on the lookout for your package. If your package is reported as delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that show delivery has been completed.
